Advice, care and birth support
Our birth center has been located in a small backyard in Ottensen in a quiet and central location since 1992. We are a midwife-led facility that focuses on the free choice of birthplace and the self-determination of the woman* over her body, her child and her birth. We provide holistic support to expectant parents, single mothers* and people with shared parenthood during pregnancy, birth and the first year of their child’s life.
We emphasize that we want to provide a safe place of diversity and inclusion.
We want everyone who is part of our birth center and encounters this place to create space for our values. So that every person feels free and safe with us, regardless of origin, faith, age, sexual orientation or identity.
Regardless of where you give birth, we offer a wide range of courses during and after pregnancy. In addition, our open midwifery hours are an offer for anyone seeking direct advice from our midwives.
Our care and course offerings are supplemented by cooperation partners with their own areas of specialization.
